The time for the 390th Traveling Circus came again as we moved to Ninh Hoa to support the 9th Korean White Horse Division. It stands to reason that troops living in tents would have television.  Well we did and the TV reception was better that Armed Forces Radio.   Snoopy gets a new tail boom.  The Mule is still with us.     Jim McManus left.  C.
